FAQs.

Walking

  • All dogs have at least 1 hour having fun with their friends on their walk. We have grouped each walk we do into areas to ensure that collections and travel time to the centre are kept as short as possible.

Times will always vary, especially in the winter when dogs will need cleaning and drying, but as a rough guide expect your dog to be out of the house 1.5 to 2 hours.

  • You will receive a one hour collection slot for each walk that you have booked in. Where possible we will always try to accomidate specific time requests, but this is dependent on the availability we have on walks.

  • We would advise booking a regular slot to guarantee a daily/weekly walk for your four leagged friend. However we can sometimes accommodate adhoc bookings based on avaliability, so please get in touch if you are looking for one off walks and we will see if we can help.

  • Think of us like a nursery, but for dogs instead of children! We appreciate things come up and with enough notice, you will be able to cancel your walk free of charge (48 hours), however if your dog is sick or something has come up last minute you will be charged for your session.

We are happy to hold slots for holidays, please contact us directly and let us know so we can book them in.

  • All of our walks include a pick up and drop off service.

  • Yes, you can provide us with a key or leave one in a safe place for us.

  • Pictures and videos of all your dogs fun is uploaded to our social media accounts for each walk, because lets be honest, who doesn’t love seeing videos of dogs having fun!

Not on social media? No problem - an update, including pictures as well as a report will be provided on the app after every walk.

Whilst no discrimination is made based upon breeds, there are certain things that we take a zero tolerance too. So while we are willing to give every dog a chance, it is possible our setting may not be appropriate for all types of dog.
