Owner & Head of Daycare

The face of Maggie’s mates and ultimate boss lady. Rachel manages to juggle owning and running a business whilst raising her little boy. She puts her heart and soul into her business and nothing makes her happier than seeing how much fun the dogs have in the centre she has created for them.

Rachel has a lovely little Cockerpoo called Maggie, a dog you will all recognise and the is the driving force behind the business (and gorgeous cover girl for all of our branding)!

Manager & Lead Dog Walker

Lauren's infectious charm and genuine passion combined with her warm and friendly presence make her an invaluable asset to Maggie's Mates. As our admin manager, she ensures smooth operations when she's not out walking and caring for dogs.

Lauren has an American Bulldog of her own at home, the handsome Bruno. So she is perfect to have on board for handling our larger dogs!

Dog Daycare Assistant

Leah is an integral part of our doggy daycare gang, known for capturing and sharing the most fabulous photos and funny captions. With her own photography business, she spends her days capturing adorable moments of our furry friends.

Leah is the proud owner of two Spaniels named Oden and Charlie, who regularly join her in daycare, revelling in the freedom and fun of the day.

Dog Walker

Georgia began her journey with Maggie's Mates on a part-time basis, but her love for the job quickly grew, leading her to become a full-time dog walker. Her dedication and expertise make her a valuable asset to our team.

Georgia's personal pet family includes a cat and two dogs named Reggie and Alfie.

Dog Daycare Assistant

A former dog groomer with extensive experience, Jasmin brings a wealth of knowledge to Maggie's Mates. She can be spotted in the daycare van, ensuring safe transportation and caring for the dogs throughout the day. Known for her genuine love for dogs and kind nature, we are all fortunate to have her.

You are more than likely to of seen Jasmin’s lively dachshund, Willow, on our updates, who enjoys the company of other sausage dog friends during field zoomies.

Dog Daycare Assistant

Despite only officially working for us for a short time, Laura has been with Maggie’s unofficially since the beginning. Over the last 3 years she has done so much to help us behind the scenes so it is great to finally have her on board fully!!

At home it is a lot like daycare for Laura, who has four of her own dogs! A Hungarian Vizsla called Ruby, a Chihuahua called Mia, and her two Podenco’s, Ned and Mavis who you will often see having all the fun at Maggie’s!

Dog Walker

The newest member of the team. Lauren joins Maggie’s with a wealth of knowledge and experience as prior to joining us she has been dog walking for 2 years. This means she has hit the ground running and is becoming a firm favourite with lots of our dogs!

Lauren is another big breed lover and has grown up with a German Shepherd called Lily.

Head of Maintenance

Our irreplaceable master of maintenance. From repairing fences to fixing flat tyres, he never fails to save the day!

Andy is the one we rely on, no matter what we need him to do he is there armed with tools ready to get the job done. We would be utterly lost without him!

Actual Head of Maintenance

Mandy is the backbone of our doggy daycare. She is not just the chief tea and coffee bringer, but the heart that keeps our daycare beating.

She is always at the end of the phone ready to deal with whatever we throw at her. The amount this lady does for us behind the scenes is unreal and we couldn’t function without her.
